Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging.

    Return Window:

    You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

      Non-returnable Items:

      Sale items

      Gift cards

      Items with visible signs of wear or damage

        Return Process

        Submit request: Email us at info@valiantactiveclothing.com with your order number and item details.

        Ship items: After receiving confirmation, securely package the items and ship them to the provided address. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

          Refunds

          Once the returned item is received and inspected, you'll be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

          Exchanges

          For size or color exchanges (if in stock), follow the return process and indicate your preference for an exchange instead of a refund. We will send the exchange once we receive the original item.

          Damaged or Defective Items

          If you receive a damaged or defective item, email us immediately at info@valiantactiveclothing.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll process a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
